Deep Thoughts

How much salsa do you have to consume before it's considered a serving of vegetables?

Not sure...ketchup is considered a vegetable right? That means my kids get at least 2 servings a day, Joshua probably 4.

I say half a cup! It's pretty much made of just vegetables, unlike ketchup which is made of vinegar and sugar and a bunch of other stuff. So that means if you eat a whole jar, that's like 3 servings of vegetables!

um, i think half a cup, too. but it reminds me of my post where i wondered if you eat the whole bag of tostitos if the avacado still counts as a super food? let's just keep going with it. beats a bag of ruffles and ranch.
