It's Jeremy's Day
Jeremy doesn't like his birthday. He never has, and I've known him through 14 of them. Maybe it's because it's in the summer. Maybe it's because he's 1 year older. Maybe it's because he doesn't like too much attention drawn to him. "It's just another day," he always says.
Whatever. It's not just another day. I didn't drum anything special up like last year. But I wanted to wish him a happy birthday just the same.
