4 1/2

Yesterday was Anna's 1/2 birthday. Yes. We celebrate those. It all started when Melanie started school. Her teacher wanted every kid to have a special celebration for their birthday, and if they had a summer birthday, like Melanie, they celebrated on their half birthday. Isn't that sweet? So tradition holds true, and we bake cookies on each half birthday (except Jeremy's...poor guy, it's the day after New Year's, and I always forget...but don't feel too bad for him~he doesn't even like his real birthday...)

She's 4 1/2!

You gotta love the hot cookie sheet hanging off the side of the counter, right next to a cleaning spray bottle. Nice.
