Once upon a time, there were two couples.
One was celebrating 10 years of marriage.
The other a milestone birthday or two.
Between them, in the last year, there was a job loss, a baby born, a business start-up, bacterial meningitis and hospitalization for said baby, and an appendectomy.
Wanna get away?
It was time for some fun south of the border.
It was time for sand,
sun,
drinks,
dancing.
It was time to enjoy the wildlife,
good food with friends,
a little competition,
and a good book.
It was time.
