Field Day isn't like it was when we were kids. For the more athletic people, like Jeremy, that's a bummer. I think I would have enjoyed this type of field day much better. You remember how it was back then? 50 yard dash, 3 legged race, red rover-red rover, let tiny, wimpy Katie come over! Ugh. I hated it. Y'all, I was SO tiny. And, well, you know I had/have athletic limitations. And there were actual prizes and ribbons. I always went home with just one. The yellow consolation ribbon that everyone got for participating. Today the focus is not on competition at all.

My friend Taylor sent Lucy some homemade onesies. They are SO cute. I guess you could say they're Taylor-made. I crack myself up. Here's my favorite one. Lucy didn't much like the bow I put in her hair. After I took a couple pictures of her, she reached up and took it off. Funny little girl.

it worked! so cute!! thanks for sharing...
I know how you feel, Katie. Hope my husband passes on some MAD athletic skills to my kids....I only got the yellow ribbon, too!
Looks like Thomas had fun! I never liked field day--I guess Celia was right that we're "indoor children." I think Brady already shows some positive signs of being a little sports guy! Silly Lucy taking her bow off! So cute.
Oh...I forgot to mention: that child looks just like her Daddy! Do people tell you that, or am I crazy? :)
