My kids' favorite museum is now the Health Museum. We went once last year while Anna had her SPCA camp, and they've wanted to go back ever since. Melanie and the boys came for a couple days to get Claire, so we went into town to the Health Museum, and it was such a fun day.

Isaac, Thomas, and Rose were chosen out of the audience during the science show to help with demonstrations.
There is a new hands on lab experience. We extracted DNA and found out how our saliva helps with digestion.
Every trip to the Health Museum must be followed by a trip the Candy Shop. Well, duh.
