A December to Remember--Part 3--Christmas with the Parrs

We went to Hurst for the weekend before Christmas.  I love my family.  Man, we laugh a lot.
It's comfort...it's good...it's home.

The day started with a huge breakfast prepared by my parents.  Isaac got to sit at the bar like a big boy and chow down on a biscuit.
Melanie's gift during the sibling gift exchange proved to be a favorite.  Lots of people tried it out...
 Melanie and Donald
My camera roll had about 37 pictures of these two in their hats.  Well, Isaac was in every picture because apparently the hat made him so nervous, he stood in one place--feet planted in the ground.  Ben on the other  hand...he's a mover and a shaker.
Everyone was here this year!  All 18 of us.  (Thomas is hiding in the silly picture.  So if you're counting, he's the missing link here.)
 All the grandkids
 There we all are!
Saturday night there was a huge Wyatt get-together at Aunt Nettie's house.  The three Wyatt sisters and their families were there.  And notice Melanie's hats made an appearance.
The kids had so much fun.  John had a fire in the fire pit, and took all the kids on what seemed like a nonstop tractor ride.
The girls got matching pajamas from Nana and Podge.
 They were seriously cute. :)
