Here is a picture of our Critter Camper on Day 5 of camp! And she got new glasses and a haircut in preparation for Junior High.
We were so impressed with the Houston Historical Society on Thursday, that we decided to go back for a tour of some of the historic homes in the park for our last day of adventures in the city. We basically had a private tour with Cheryl, the tour guide, because we were the only ones there. This was my favorite part of the whole week!

| "Good Night, Sleep Tight, Don't let the bed bugs bite!" The kids would use that tool to tighten the ropes that held their mattress in place each night |

| This little playhouse was adorable, and the kids' favorite. We bought a children's book written about that playhouse, and all the places it has "lived" in Houston. |
Cheryl let the kids ring the church bell inside the tiny St. John's church.
The tour includes access to your choice of three of the houses in the park, but there are actually ten or so. I'd love to go back and see more with Thomas and Anna next time.
We ended the week with a trip to the Children's Museum.
There was a super hero play and Isaac had his picture taken with the actors after the show.
Love these three and they surely love each other. What a fun week we had!
