November Catch Up

Catching up with more cell phone photos.  Life is a blurry blur sometimes, so I love that we can catch moments with our phone to relish later.

Thomas made the 8th Grade A-Team for Basketball, and the boys won their first game against Wunderlich.
Eating Giraffe (a.k.a. Isaac) enjoyed his Thanksgiving Feast at school...
then modeled his shirt for us at home.
The Metzler Choir sang at the Dickens Christmas Market at the Centrum, and they sounded beautiful.  They even sang a Latin song.  Impressive.

Thomas made the Junior High Region Symphony Orchestra.  From the first note of the concert, I had goosebumps and tears in my eyes.  I was floored.  This was such an impressive feat.  We were incredibly proud of Thomas and his hard work.

Lara, Mrs. Jackson, Deshaeng, and Thomas--the Hildebrandt Region Violinists and their teacher.

We went to Fort Worth for Brady's birthday.  Madi and Emma were visiting for Thanksgiving week, so we took the kids to a Stars hockey game.  Brady's name was even on the Jumbotron for his 10th birthday!

We went to Judy and Jim's in Round Rock for Thanksgiving, and this is literally the only picture I took.  Thomas got a fever while we were there, so we made the decision to give our UT tickets to Jonathan and head home after lunch.  Sort of a bummer, but this picture of Darrell makes me smile.

The only good thing about coming home early from Austin was getting the Christmas tree procurement out of the way early.  And, you gotta love Texas Advents...shorts and t-shirts.
